In this Nasopure Versus NeilMed sinus rinse bottle review, I share how to use both of these nasal rinse bottles and tell you which one I prefer.
If you're looking for the best sinus rinse bottle, I'm not sure either of these qualifies, but both bottles get the job done. In addition, these bottles are both BPA-free and relatively inexpensive.
I've had the NeilMed SinuFlo bottle and the Nasopure nicer neti bottle for many years, and my family has been using both of them.
I do prefer the Nasopure bottle for one reason: it completely empties when doing nasal rinses. The NeilMed bottle leaves a little solution in the bottle, which they claim is about 5%. I think they should make the straw a little longer to more completely empty the bottle.
Both of these bottles do what a Neti Pot does, and I think these bottles may be a little less messy than an actual Neti Pot.
Whatever nasal irrigation bottle you choose to use, I think it's a great habit to include nasal cleanses in your health regimen. Sinus rinsing makes the inside of your nose feel softer and removes debris and irritants from your nasal passage.
