I've already covered this game. But I wanted to talk about it again due to it now reaching it's 20 year mark as of this week. One of the greatest racing games of all time, and the game to kick start the series golden age. While Hot Pursuit 2 was great, this game was a huge improvement in every aspect, and the street racing identity would come to define the series, making it what it is today. All because of this game.
