Nebraska's monthly test relayed from two stations (KSUX-FM to KTIV-DT1) in Sioux City, IA. Recorded through DIRECTV at 11 PM CT on June 15, 2021.

I find it strange that this was relayed on KTIV, considering they operate out of Iowa, not Nebraska. However, it seems that KSUX gets alerts from not only KMNS, but KXNE from the sounds of things. Some may consider this a fail, however I do not believe it counts, so it's not being listed as such. Make your own conclusions.
