Any time I hear an Amber Alert issued from Wisconsin, it makes it feel like I've been transported quite a few years into the past. I don't know why, but it just does.
Additionally, a second alert was sent out a couple of minutes later, however I did not upload that as it is literally the same exact recording and same exact alert, just taken at a different time.
Recorded on July 5, 2021 with a VCR and a decommissioned Trilithic EASyPLUS. Video feed seen before the alert is just an HTML page with a local radar embedded into it (no longer functional as of 2022. Thanks Weather Underground!) with a local radio station playing from an external source.
