An unclassified memo signed July 31st by Aaron Lucas waives NDAs for current and former employees and contractors with UAP information, letting them speak to AARO or the Pursuit Task Force. Congressman Eric Burlison, who released it, says it is unclear whether it covers congressional testimony and is advising anyone coming forward to bring a lawyer. The 30 day clock for agencies to name a designee started July 31st. Separately, a peer reviewed Nature study led by Martti Pärssinen at the University of Helsinki detected 432 earthworks across 4,500 square kilometres of Acre state, Brazil, with 396 previously undocumented, extrapolating to 24,000 to 30,000 earthworks built by the Akari civilisation, with a population estimate of up to 1.245 million at its peak between 100 and 300 AD.
