While reporting on the 2008 summer Olympics in Beijing, China, the hosts of NBC's TODAY Show took the time to experience the cuisine of the host city.  Meeting with several Chinese chefs, the team sampled and learned about the traditional dishes of China, and their history.  In addition to widespread coverage of the places and people of Beijing, NBC News also focused on the unique culinary flavor of the Olympic city.
