The Houston Rockets at the Vancouver Grizzlies in NBA ShootOut 2000 on the PS1. I did this since Steve Francis was disappointed in the 1999 NBA Draft since he wanted to play for the Chicago Bulls because of Michael Jordan, but the Vancouver Grizzlies drafted him instead and he refused to play for the Grizzlies which he announced publicly, but he changed his mind and briefly considered playing for the Grizzlies, but after a bad experience at the Vancouver International Airport, he was convinced that he had to go elsewhere so he was traded to the Houston Rockets where he was co-Rookie of the Year in the 1999-2000 NBA season with Elton Brand and he appeared in three NBA All-Star Games. Because of that, whenever the Rockets played in Vancouver against the Grizzlies during the Grizzlies' last two seasons in the city, the fans booed at him which happened four times, including the Grizzlies' last home game at General Motors Place on April 14, 2001 and then Grizzlies played two days later against the Sacramento Kings and lost and then two days after that, they won their final game as a Vancouver franchise against the Golden State Warriors where they won before they moved to Memphis for the 2001-02 NBA season. They played ten more games after the move to Memphis was announced on March 26, 2001, seven of which were at home and three were on the road where they went 3-7 in those games where they won twice at home and once on the road. The move to Memphis became official in July of that year when the Board of Governors voted unanimously to approve the relocation. Someone needs to upload their last games of the 2000-01 NBA season on YouTube!
The Vancouver Grizzlies have the wrong uniforms in NBA ShootOut 2001 on the PS1, but they have the correct ones in the PS2 which got a less positive reception than the PS1 version.
