Adventurous Heart - Rachel Nagle | Nature Nuances: Saguaros and Desert Adaptations @AdventurousHeartRachelNagle | Uploaded July 2019 | Updated October 2024, 5 hours ago.
We incorporated adventure into our 8-day trip driving Phil’s new plane from California to Ohio. We explored the amazing scenery and delicate lifeforms that make up the Sonoran Desert, especially the saguaro cacti. If you look closely, you’ll be amazed at the adaptations plants and animals make to survive in a desert environment. Travel along as you discover some of the nuances of nature in the desert. If you’re in the Tucson, Arizona area, be sure to check out Saguaro National Park and the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum.
