Literally Nature’s gift to your eyes, and perfect for Spring allergy season. We use Ju Hua, Chrysanthemum flowers, in TCM herbal therapy anytime we need to clear redness, inflammation or itching affecting your eyes.

You can enjoy Ju Hua as an easy sipping tea daily. Add gou qi zi berries to balance with a touch of sweetness (also great for eyes!). If your eye issues are more severe you may need the stronger types of dosages a TCM herbalist can prescribe to you.

After drinking this tea, don’t waste the flowers - you can use as a soothing eye compress. The tea can also be used for soothing eye Gua Sha.
