In this behind the scenes video I look at the advantages of natural light photography vs flash photography in a real-world situation where I realized that it was time to put my flash kit away and do some natural light photography near some really cool windows I have in the studio I rent. The original intention was to do sculpt a body photoshoot using flash lighting but it turned out that the natural light was just too amazing where I was.

Even though this ended up being a natural light photoshoot, I still show you what I use for my flash photoshoots and let you see my full lens and camera collection and some natural light photography techniques.
