The sixth track off of my debut album, Through These Rough Years (tracks 4 and 5 were already released as singles prior to this album's release and can be found in the full playlist for the album.).
This song is fittingly the heaviest track out of all the songs in this album, in terms of metal-ness. It mostly talks about my anger issues, and how when people with such anger issues get upset, they are unable to control themselves and anyone nearby could be at risk of a verbal beating (probably not a literal physical beating, I don't tend to get violent towards people.)
The song functions as a warning to anyone around, that until your meltdown is over, they need to keep their distance, before you say something you regret out of uncontrollable anger. It also functions as simply lashing out in anger at the people around you. You'll be okay in the end when you are back to normal and your anger wears off, but until then, they need to keep their distance.
