This beginner tutorial will show you how to name and color the channel rack, playlist, mixer and patterns in FL Studio. I will also give you some quick tips on how to organize your projects, and why you should always do so.
FL Studio is a very flexible DAW, allowing you to route anything anywhere. The free form approach can promote creativity, but it can also introduce a lot of mess and disorganization. While linear daws often do much of the organization for you, in FL Studio you have to do this yourself. If you don't do it, then eventually it can become very difficult to navigate a project.
