The San peoples are members of indigenous hunter-gatherer groups that are the first nations of Southern Africa, and whose territories span Botswana, Namibia, Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho and South Africa.
Although the living conditions of the indigenous San people in Namibia change quickly the traditional way of living of this hunters and gatherers people still can be found among elderly people. This video clip shows how the San collect their food as well as how they live. The clip also shows some cultural aspects.
