Update: TA-4A knobs, got glue for lens.

Call for help: Know anyone who has a replacement volume knob for the TA-4A? Maybe someone knows how to print one that my metal knob can slide into and glued? Does a knob from the 3A or the 2A work with the 4A?

What glue should I use for the small knobs?
