After a heated incident at Torrance Airport, the pilot of Citation N30CV refused to copy a phone number provided by air traffic control. But the confrontation did not end there.
When N30CV later attempted to depart Torrance, the tower once again tried to give the pilot the number. The pilot continued to resist, argued that he had no intention of calling and insisted that he should be allowed to take off anyway.
