A shipping magnate's murder sets sail a mystery where everyone's a suspect and the truth is the only cargo worth smuggling!
Shipping magnate Cyrus Wentworth is murdered moments after rejecting his daughter Cynthia's fiancé Dick Fleming. Captain Street arrests Dick, but reporter Bobbie Logan recruits detective James Lee Wong to uncover a conspiracy involving a sunken ocean liner, smuggled Chinese bonds, and a tong seeking revenge. Wong must separate fact from fiction before an innocent man walks the plank.
