Surreal Skylight cave is truly like a scene out of an Indiana Jones movie. It is a lava tube which was created when molten lava flowing from a fissure cooled on the outside while molten lava continued to flow in the center leaving a hollow tube. There are several openings (skylights) in the cave roof allowing for light to filter through. In two words, a visit to the cave is... a gas! And, there are bats!
