2023 was a pretty big year for anime and it had some memorable quality OPs to go with that. This is my opinion on the 72 best of that year based on my enjoyment of the music and visuals (visuals/animation).
There were many OPs of a similar quality from this year so a lot of good and popular ones didn't make it into my top list here. The OPs I used in the intro and outro of the video are honourable mentions, songs I like a lot which were let down by visuals.
