Video Output/Projection test for my Sonabloom Visualizer App for MacOS (coming soon!)
For the past year I've been developing apps for the iPhone. But I've always wanted a Visualizer app for my live performances, so I decided to try developing one of my own for my MacBook Pro. This is the first demo of it after many, many hours of working on it. Still got a bit more work to do to implement the MIDI Control, Video Output settings, and the final polish, but here are the details in general:
• It will be all Particle-based engines.
• It will have 8 different particle engines that you can morph between with either key presses (using the number keys) on your Mac, or MIDI changeable via a MIDI controller or DAW.
• Besides morphing between the different particle engines, you'll also be able to switch between various colors.
• Most of the other visualizers on the Mac App Store range in price from $20 to a $150 (or more in one case) with their in-app purchases while all looking pretty much the same with their 1990s graphics. I'm targeting my app at a one time low price of $9.99
• And there will be free updates as the app progresses
