SOCAIL ANXIETY

Does anyone else suffer social anxiety? I work myself up so much even going to an event with people I know that I make myself feel ill let alone complete strangers that I've never met before. I worry so much about what to say. What if I say all of the wrong things/talk too much/ not enough? What if they wont like me.. As I'm typing this I realise how ridiculous it sounds but its just a feeling I cant shake. I know it comes from the bullying I suffered as a child but still.. even as an adult and it scares me. More so because I have kids now and I'm scared/worried that they could have similar heart-breaking childhood experiences. I know I need to get past it and start getting Jakey out into the world to experience all of wonderful things/and new people our city has to offer.. So here goes!
