My morning routine starts just before the alarm on my phone goes off. My bed side lamp slowly dims up from 0-75% 15 minutes before my main alarm goes off and the thermostat kicks on to warm up the house before I get up in the winter

After I get out of bed and walk into the hallway, a few things happen. my bedside lamp dims down to 1% so my wife isn’t woken while I get ready, but gives enough light so I can see. It will also turn itself off 10 minutes later.
Then, the hallway and bathroom lights come on to 40% brightness.
The House alarm is also disarmed by changing the mode from asleep to home at this time, but ONLY after my alarm goes off.

After I’m done in the bathroom and walk into the kitchen the living room and kitchen lights turn on. A weather report is given to me through VLC thing as well as any other reminders I have set for that day. I.E. garbage reminder.

When I reach the kitchen, the lights are already on and Keurig heated up. The under cabinet LED’s display a color telling me if im running late or not. White - more than 20 minutes. Green - 10-20 minutes. Yellow 2 - 10 minutes. Red less than 2 minutes. Flahing red- late.

I brew my coffee and make my breakfast and when im ready to head out the door, I push a “tile” on my ActionTiles ran tablet.
Opens my garage door
After 2 minutes, turns off all the lights
After 2 minutes, arms the security again
