I’m a third year medical school student and I’m currently on my surgery rotations. Third and fourth year of med school consists of rotations(or clerkship.) Because of the volatile nature of my surgery rotation, my sleep schedule has taken a toll--it’s hard to get back to a regular schedule because I’m often required to stay up overnight at least once a week.
