52 ml (3 1/2 tbsp) cold water
2 tsp vodka
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt

300 g (1 1/2 cups) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

30 g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
20 g (1 1/2 tbsp) flour
50 g butter
300 ml (1 1/4 cups) heavy cream
50 g (1/4 cup) powdered sugar
For Decoration:
Crumbs from pastry trimmings
Optional: Fresh fruits or berries
