Join me as I debut my brand new Indian Paintbrush Masks from #pmartiststudio designed to coordinate perfectly with my Indian Paintbrush Field stencil. These masks open up a whole new world of possibilities on the gel plate. These masks are not yet available and are just the prototype for this design.
In this video I experiment with a variety of techniques to see how versatile these new masks can be. We will explore layering, overlays, shadow effects and combinations of multiple techniques to create depth, dimension, and movement in our prints.
I will also be working on my 12" X 12" gel plate showing how the masks and stencil work together across a larger format to create striking layered compositions inspired by the beauty of the Indian Paintbrush wildflowers.
