This is an update on the next (hopefully the last) leg of my thyroid healing journey. I got my adrenals tested recently for both cortisol and DHEA levels because I got more and more convinced that all the answers lie in the adrenal health, at least when it comes to me and my family. My intuition was right because my adrenals are creating a crazy roller-coaster throughout the day. My cortisol is off the charts high in the mornings and then dives, only to pick up again in the afternoon a little bit too much again. Luckily, the levels are perfect just before bed and that's why I always fall asleep easily. I'm working on my cortisol lowering/balancing strategy and as soon as I'm done, I'll share it with you in another video, so keep an eye out!
