Geerup has had seven of his videos false flagged for copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
These videos have now been taken down and unless Geerup files counter notices and provides his personal details which will be passed on to whoever flagged his videos he runs the very real risk of having his channel closed down.
He asks for help in this video posted to Sablechikens channel

He challenges DPRJones and Thunderf00t to stand by him and fight for his right to freedom of speech.
This is my reply.
I have posted this as a reply to Geerups video on Sablechickens channel and it has been accepted as a video response which is a start and admittedly somewhat unexpected going by previous track records but welcome none the less.
While no permission is has been sought from Geerup or Sablechicken to use the single still screen capture used throughout this video I am hoping that they recognise that it is used in good faith and is covered by fair use to illustrate and identify Geerup and promote the various mirrors calling for support for his cause.
While I whole heartedly disagree with many ideas that Geerup and others like him promote and champion here on YouTube I do in fact support their right to be able to do so.
Freedom is for everyone or no-one because when you deny it for others then you deny it for yourself.
Yes Even Geerup deserves our support
There is a line however.
If you are to expect people to come to your aid in a time of need then you must be prepared to step up to that line yourself and be counted regardless of colour, creed or ideology of those being targeted even if you overwhelmingly disagree with what those being targeted promote, espouse or stand for.
When you consistently fail to do so and either partake or stand by while the people who you closely associate yourself with trample the rights of others to partake in civilised discourse because you disagree with their point of view then you should not be surprised when that line is empty and the voices of support are muted when you are the one that is targeted.
In Geerups case, while I support him and his endevours to overcome his present difficulties, I reserve to do it really really quietly as he has done for so many others.
There is a certain lesson to be learnt from all of this.
Freedom of speech is a fundamental right for all that people have died for and still continue to die for. All we risk here is our membership of a video chatroom and our collections of videos where we prattle on at each other going in endless circles getting no where
Its not a lot to risk but the principles are just the same.
