Sorry for the delays, I have now written 83,000 words and am on the home run with the book. Hopefully publish to Kindle by this September.
I am covering the history of the orchard (every dream and anecdote as well as hard facts), the apple varieties, advice on planting, pruning, grafting and processing fruit. Also cider, cider apples, Perry and Perry pears, plus an extensive bibliography including notes on rare books in my collection. And lots of hyperlinks.
