Chinese tomato beef stir fry is my husband's favourite childhood dish. It's also my absolute favourite thing that my mother in law makes. In order to preserve this recipe I learned it from her and shared it on my YouTube channel a few years ago, but every time I catch her make it I like to video it because I always get a little extra tidbit out of her, and it's a nice memory to have!
