Hello, boys and girls. I want to share my most popular Gin Cocktail Recipe, The Northside. When I created this recipe in 2022, I wanted to take the core of the Southside Cocktail recipe and create something that represents the North and the countryside where I am based in the UK.
Gin is a popular sip in the UK and Elderflower, so I went for this template. However, I needed a slight acidity without using a lemon and the Elderflower and Bramley Apple Cordial provided enough to balance the cocktail.
