A new cottage company called Throughhike has launched their flagship model backpack: the MOAB (officially named after its color inspiration but unofficially known as the Mother Of All Bags due to its considerable size). This is a lightweight, customizable backpack with a great collection of features I've never seen on a hiking backpack. These include a wrap-around front panel zipper, an interior elastic storage pocket, PALS-type webbing, and a hip belt that can double as a lumbar pack!
