I love meal prepping because it helps me streamline my meals to ensure I'm eating healthy through the week. When I started mealprepping I worked in a "food desert" where all I had around me were fast food chains and liquor stores. I figured I'd have to bring in my meals if I wanted to fight against hypertension, diabetes, obesity and other chronic conditions.
I make a menu, go shopping based on the week's menu and set aside a couple of hours on sunday to prep my lunches. I prep only lunches and cook dinner daily/every other day when I have leftovers.
For this meal prep I seasoned with blends of Mrs. Dash. Mrs. Dash is salf-free which is nice because then I can control just how much salt I'm adding to my meals.
You can choose to mealprep only one meal (I do just lunch), or 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or 6 meals (snacks included). Its all up to you :)
