I assembled a LoLShield a while back, but it wasn't working quite right. It sat in a drawer for quite a while. Today, I dusted it off and tried to systematically figure out what's going on with it. I wrote a program that tries all the possible pin connections, each which should light a single LED. You can see that it doesn't. It appears that pin 13 is the locus of the badness, but there is also something awry with pin 2 and 3. I'll get it under the magnifier soon and see if I can spot the problem.
