This is a piano and vocal cover of a song from the Final Fantasy XVI's OST that I'm pretty sure is the Jill Warrick Theme.
The original song is composed by Masayoshi Soken and arranged/performed by Keiko.

« Tsukino-san and myself (and Torgal) both fell in love with this superb piano piece, which plays during a scene where Clive and Jill are standing on the edge of a balcony, looking at the moon and praying to the goddess Metia. So in less than four days we created this short cover, for which I wrote lyrics about young Jill's hope as war loomed. Once again, I'd like to thank Tsukino-san for her great talent and speed in transcribing and rearranging the sound. I love her with all my heart! »
