Overwatch just added perks to the base game (among other things like lootboxes, new UI, battlepass, removal of clash, etc.). In this video I rant about my thoughts on the initial implementation of perks and how I think it affects the game and things I'd like to see in the future to keep the game better. If they don't want to change this type of stuff, they should move these perks to their own gamemode and not have them affect the base game.
