The title. The cover. I didn't know what to expect, but I knew it would be plenty wild and at the very least entertaining.
The stories are quick and brutal. For as cliche and by the numbers as a lot of them are, the endings are often quirky and unique. Some make the landing, some don't.
Doesn't matter because by the time you wrap up one, there's a half dozen more where that came from ready to assault your senses.
Funny that the title story is the most wholesome, borderline slice of life entry in the whole book. It's just... weird. Which is exactly what I wanted.
Like weird and fun books? Of course you do.
