A bit of deceptive advertising- there's definitely gorillas in this book, but not a whole lot of them, but considering this book is well over 600 pages, you'd be hard pressed to find that many primate stories from just the early to mid 1950s.
What you will find however are a wild and colorful assortment of spaceships, rockets, square jawed heroes, menacing aliens, and all sorts of exotic flora and fauna.
Which is exactly what I wanted. Now we need more...
