This is Dr Naëmi Leo, a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow at Loughborough University, researching magnetic metamaterials.

Having worked across six countries during her research career, Naëmi shares her experience of securing a Global Talent Visa and how it has supported her in building her research career in the UK.
