What's this? Two uploads in one day!? Well that might be a first for this channel!
This is my first time trying out the Mega Man NES style. The song is a cover of Tobikomi's Missile Command: Theta (you can listen to it here: youtu.be/khREe8oWlfs)
The idea behind this was that the other day, Fragmare had brought up something about Atari-themed Mega Man robot masters at a Discord server. One of the Atari-themed robot masters was named "Missile Man" (named after the game Missile Command). I had thought about it and thought that Tobikomi's Missile Command: Theta was perfect for Missile Man's stage theme, so I went and did that, using a pack of Mega Man instruments I found at the old FamiTracker forum. I added in a part of my own that doesn't exist in the original since I didn't think the RP2A03 was capable of pulling off the crazy stuff Tobikomi did in his song. Although the song is meant for an Atari-themed Mega Man robot master, it is, of course, on the NES, but it can be transferred to the PoKEY pretty easily.
