I'll be honest...this video was harder to make than I expected! Thinking back to the time of my diagnosis where everything changed and my life managing this chronic condition began...it stirred up a lot of emotions. I have so much respect and gratitude to you all for sharing your personal diagnoses stories with all of us in the comments section of so many of my videos.

I hope this video reminds you that no matter how much time has passed since diagnosis, it's okay to feel emotional or overwhelmed with being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (or any chronic condition).
