Happy New Year You Guys!!! I hope you all enjoyed some fabulous rest and relaxation over the holidays and are now enjoying a great start to 2020! My Holidays were lovely, my Diabetes on the other hand…rather chaotic…! And upon reflection I thought it might be helpful for myself (and maybe you guys) to talk though this and reflect on what made that the case.
