I made this video thing during the process of maintaining and moving my Dell PowerEdge R710. IRL, the fans, compared to my voice, aren't as loud as they seem in the video. Not that they aren't plenty loud. You'll notice at the end, in the "bonus footage", that drive 3 (bottom of the leftmost row) takes a very long time to initialize. So with that being said there may be some merit to the predicted failure that OpenManage reported.
Current specs are: (As of 28-11-2018... It's getting an upgrade very soon)
16GB RAM
2x Intel Xeon E5504 Quad-Core 2.00Ghz CPUs
6x 133GB 10K SAS drives (In RAID 6, with two hot spares)
Dell "Energy Smart" 570W PSU
