Hello friends!
I’m Elisabetta, an Italian watercolor artist with a passion and a curiosity for art supplies and pigments.
Today I am swatching all the watercolor paints in my current studio palette: over 55 colors by Maimeri, Sennelier, Daniel Smith, Rembrandt, Paul Rubens, Van Gogh, Winsor & Newton, Schminke and Lukas.

This palette is not the most balanced palette in the world, but I find it difficult to get rid of old paint before I finish it...I hate to waste paint! So I force myself to use colors I don't like so I can finish them.
On the other hand there are watercolors I simply adore and that I fill and refill endlessly....can you guess which ones?
I really need your suggestions for setting up a new palette that integrates some must haves that are not currently included....quinacridones, cobalts, and more! I am really waiting for your input.
