It's been almost 2 years and i finally feel ready to share the loss of my boyfriend and my grief journey. I never thought life would lead me here and it's been a very long, painful road, but i hope my experience can help you cope with a loss of a loved one or help you better understand grief. I am in no means an expert, so please take this with a grain of salt. Grief is very personal and everyone feels it differently, but i do think there are many similarities in how we grieve and how it all feels, so you are not alone, no matter how isolating i know grief feels.
