This week I got a DEXA body scan and the results genuinely SHOCKED me 😳 After years of training, I finally feel like I'm getting into the best shape of my life… and apparently the numbers agree!
I’m also back in London during one of the hottest UK heatwaves EVER 🥵 for a very busy few days of events, meetings, food and a little bit of homeware shopping because… I MIGHT BE GETTING THE KEYS TO MY NEW HOUSE VERY SOON?! 🏡
