A few months ago, I designed and built Corvus ATX, a Voron-inspired PC case. Now it's a kit from LDO Motors, and I'm rebuilding my daily workstation with it.
Turns out building your own design as a kit reveals everything you got wrong: missed fillets, inconsistent teardrops, screw holes that weren't deep enough. But it also showed what worked.
This is the story of going from cutting extrusions by hand to watching people build these things around the world. It's surreal.
