MVI around 4:30 PM, June 20, 2026. Carey Road between Ridgebank Crescent and Oakridge Crescent. I saw this on the way to the grocery store. I didn't get too close to avoid interfering with the emergency workers. Thank you to Saanich Fire, Ambulance, and Police
