Ruby Heart is placed just barely below High tier by many people, strictly due to her weird supers and lackluster movement. However, she is the queen of mid tier characters, with her amazing normals, and great zoning capabilities. A good Ruby Heart player can keep someone completely locked down utilizing her Sublimation special. She can fit almost any team, so if you want a reliable character, Ruby Heart is the pick for you.
