A general overview and introduction of Felicia.
Felicia is generally considered a low tier, as she has no great anti air or projectile, but she can make up for this disadvantage with her walljumps and great priority supers. Hyper Sand Splash destroys assist characters, and although "Please help me" is generally hard to connect, it does amazing damage. Her assists are generally slow and lacking, so many people run her as a point character.
This is not meant to be an advanced guide, as i do not know enough about the character to go in-depth.
