This Japanese Taiyaki recipe has it all. Sweet, savory, salty. Now you can add spicy and acidic if you really want, just do it your way. Seriously. Fill it with carne asada and nacho cheese.

Ingredients:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
3/4 Cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoon sugar (castor sugar is best, but not needed)
pinch of salt

Custard:
1 Cup Whole Milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt

Bacon Egg n Cheese
3-4 Whole eggs, whisked
3 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
cheese of choice
