Yukihira's Chalipian steak from food wars is one of my favorite dishes from the show.
I actually sold this as a special once in a restaurant and the customers also loved it.
Biggest downside is that the steaks, if they sit in the onion too long, will begin to turn color a bit and have too much onion flavor, which is not as appealing.

But making this at home? Easy.
1 minced onion
1 8oz steak (I used flat iron)
Sauce
4oz red wine
1oz soy sauce
2 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
